CountPro is proud to sponsor a number of community groups and events.

These organisations and events align with our Firm’s values and provide meaningful roles within our local community.

Volunteering/Community Roles

A large proportion of our team participate in a variety of volunteering / community roles, with this involvement being encouraged and strongly supported by the Firm. The volunteer involvement of our team members is varied, ranging from involvement with causes they are passionate about, through to the provision of their professional expertise.

Organisations that our team support through volunteer involvement include the Country Fire Authority, Public Body Audit/Finance Committees, Charity Boards and sub-committees, Community Service groups, Sporting Clubs and Associations and School auxiliary groups. We have also provided financial literacy presentations to local charities and secondary school students, helping to build the level of financial literacy in our community.

Annual Volunteer Days

CountPro celebrates and encourages community contributions and engagement via volunteerism. All team members are entitled to 2 days each year, at full pay, to undertake volunteer work.

Fundraising & Donations

In addition to volunteer involvement, CountPro also actively fundraises and donates to various causes, through our monthly gold-coin donation casual clothes day (with all proceeds going to Charities). CountPro also makes regular donations to Ballarat Foundation United Way, supports the Ballarat Soup Bus and has a well-supported and active Red Cross Lifeblood Team.

Discounted Services to Charities and Not-for-profits

A significant number of our clients are charities or not-for-profit organisations. We firmly believe that charity and not-for-profit organisations should have access to the required expertise to support their purposes in the areas of accounting, tax, audit and business strategy. That is why we provide discounted services to all charity and not-for-profit organisations.
