Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication

Introducing Multi-Factor Authentication

The CountPro team take cyber-security very seriously are excited to announce the introduction of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as an enhancement to our existing document security measures.

Multi Factor Authentication, or MFA, provides a second layer of security by requiring extra information or a physical device to access information, making it more difficult for unauthorised individuals to access sensitive information or conduct fraudulent transactions. In other words, MFA helps to protect your personal data.

Our clients that receive documents using our digital signing platform, SuiteFiles, will soon need to verify their login for accessing and signing documents by using a text message sent to their mobile device.

An additional security step that you can also take, if you receive a request by email to make a payment, is that you externally verify the banking details that have been provided (for example, by phoning to confirm using a known phone number) especially if the account details have changed from those that you already know. Our admin team are always willing to confirm that the banking details that you have received are correct.

Please feel free to reach out to our team should you have any questions about digital signing and MFA.
